By building on a comprehensive analysis of the relevant marketing environment (situation analysis) you will develop a marketing plan to address the macro objectives stated on page 3 of the case study document. Your plan should include specific marketing objectives (aligned with the macro objectives stated in the case study document), a detailed profile of the target customer(s), a discussion of the market positioning of the collaboration and of how this positioning will be translated into consistent marketing mix policies.
