1. (U) Chinese Information Warfare Attribution Model:Develop an attribution model for Chinese Information Warfare which can inform strategic policy and operations in cyberspace. The goal is to identify for policymakers and operators how to establish attribution, denial and deception Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures, and how to monitor activities in cyberspace to stay ahead of the threat. Format as you would an effective paper with appropriate mix of primary sources, peer reviewed products and media.
2. (U) Countering Terrorism in Mali through Information: Within 2-3 pages, template aspects of the information environment that must be considered for countering terror recruitment in northern Africa, specifically near Mali. What aspects of PMESII/ASCOPE must be considered, and how could you convey that analysis to decision-makers. Graphics are ok but focus on analysis and effective writing.
