Ex: material: salad (where to buy lettuce from)
Transportation: min 2 car truck or van
Material: farm and transportation
Transportation in material: farms to factory (1 car)
Transportation in Delivery: factory to customer (1 car)
3- year operation within San Diego city (compare to other company operating in SD city)
cheapest meal pricing point: 5.99
*how much will each factory cost and how much revenue can each factory generate
There are only 8 employees in the first year. The salary should be as low as possible. You can refer to the company that is in the start up period.
