

You have been contracted as an E-Business Consultant by a US-based office stationery and furniture retailer to provide them with guidance on improving the operational processes and technologies required for their business. You are required to produce a report that considers the business’s situation and the options available to the business across the whole of its operation. You are required to make a recommendation on the processes and/or technologies it needs to adopt based on research and existing data. Notes This is not a real company and you should not base your report on a real company (although you can use examples from similar companies). Use the supplied “Assignment 2 US Superstore Data” as your internal data for this report. Format The report should be no longer than 2,800 words (+/- 10%). Diagrams, quotes, appendices and tables do not constitute part of this word allocation. Word counts given for each section of the report are illustrative based on expected volume of content. The report should use standard formatting (portrait not landscape) with a minimum font size of 11pt (9pt for table content). Ensure that figures and tables are labelled effectively so that you can refer to them in the main content (eg, Figure 1, Figure 2, etc).
