About Your Signature Assignment:
Signature/Benchmark Assignment: Project Plan Part 3 is designed to align with specific program student learning outcome(s) in your program. Program Student Learning Outcomes are broad statements that describe what students should know and be able to do upon completion of their degree. Signature/Benchmark Assignments are graded with a grading guide or an automated rubric that allows the University to collect data that can be aggregated across a location or college/school and used for course/program improvements.
Continue developing the comprehensive project proposal outline with the template provided in Week 1 keep all other sections previously updated intact this will be your final update to your plan and all sections should be updated.
Develop the strategies used to execute the project.
Include the following within the project plan along with incorporating feedback from prior weeks assignments:
· Strategies for management of human, physical, and financial resources, including the following: (update Staffing Management Plan Section of Template) List the Resource roles needed for your project and whether they are:
· Temporary resources
· Permanent resources

· Documentation management strategies (Update Work Management section of Template)

Determine the strategies used to monitor the project.
Address the following when determining your monitoring strategy: (Update the Project Monitoring Strategies section of the PM Plan Template) You must include a subcategory for each of the below
· Schedule
· Budget
· Critical path
· Resource levels
· Change requests
· Scope creep
