How do we design, implement, and communicate a total rewards program, or change
Select one of the three descriptions of changing a total rewards program from the readings (Marriott, a Health Insurer, and mid-sized employers). After reading and assessing the change effort, please do the following:
Share which organization you selected and briefly summarize the situation that influenced the needed change
Describe at least three of the core concepts of the total rewards strategy we have studied that you can identify in the article (if needed, you may want to look back at Module One or others that highlight core concepts such as tailoring rewards to specific wants, needs, and expectations of employees)
Explain what changes were made to the total rewards strategies that you can identify in the reading
Share your view of the effectiveness of the changes and process used with supporting rationale (and scholarly support)
Propose what you would have done differently for even more effectiveness
Identify and describe at least one key learning gained from the case study helpful to you going forward
Include at least one source from our course readings in support of the information shared along with at least one in-text citation and full reference displayed in APA format. Please use topic headings for the initial answers due on Thursday to distinguish your questions/answers.
