1. Critically analyze an existing digital innovation created by an organization or community –
this can be a digital product, service or process. In your analysis focus on what makes it a) an
innovation, and what sort of innovation (i.e. incremental, radical, disruptive), b) who/what are
its competitors in the market and why?, and c) how could the competitors shift over the medium
to long-term? Draw on frameworks and theory from this module to reinforce and strengthen
your claims.
