The university wants to gather information on student opinions about on-campus parking facilities. As the local research methodologist, you have been asked to help the university with conducting this study. Accordingly, provide a short report describing the following activities:
1. Design a bad sampling process that will result in biased findings and conclusions. In other words, give an example of a way to choose a sample of students that will result in biased estimates.
2. Design a good sampling process that will result in unbiased findings and conclusions. In other words, give an example of a way to choose a sample of students that will result in unbiased estimates.
Make sure you specifically describe the participants for each above activity and how they would be recruited? For each activity, provide as many details and demographics on the participants (e.g., sample size, gender, age, or other special characteristics or criteria for inclusion in the study).
