Learning Activity: due 11:59 pm ET, Saturday
Background: Ivy wants you to draft only the the legal basis section for your Demand Letter in the Folly case
and submit it for review. After reviewing, Ivy will discuss it with you so the legal basis section can be
revised, as needed.Review again the FACTS FOR PROJECTS and the LEGAL RESOURCES FOR PROJECTS sections of
the MAJOR PROJECTS INFORMATION in Content.
Analyze and explain the cases and statutes relevant to Folly’s case as they relate to Folly’s request for
relief/damages.
Ensure this analysis is distinguished form the facts section (the facts section will be completed in the final
Demand Letter), although a few legally significant facts may be included to show how they apply to the
legal theories you raise in your analysis
Emphasis the law that supports Folly’s position
Approximately 2 paragraphs in length
Label responses, as appropriate.
Write in correct, complete sentences in paragraph format, unless instructed otherwise.
Use Arial or Times Roman, size 12 font.
