• The expectation is for you to collect three job advertisements from a variety of Canadian media sources (company websites, Monster, Indeed, Talent Egg etc.).
• Describe why you selected each ad. Rate each job ad (excellent, good, mediocre, or poor), then provide a detailed rationale as to why you assigned a particular rating.
• State what improvements/recommendations are required to make this job ad more comprehensive.
• Discuss implications as to why “incomplete” job ads are problematic for potential applicants.
Your assignment should be 3-4 pages, double-spaced, APA format. The 3-4 pages should not include the cover page and reference page. The assignment should be structured as follows:
Cover page with your full name, professor’s name, student number, academic institution, course code, and date of submission, etc.
Description of selecting each job ad followed by rating
A reference page that includes the textbook (appropriate references to the chapters used from the textbook), my PowerPoint slides, and scholarly references (at least two).
An Appendix that contains a copy of each job ad utilized.
