Now that you have decided on the idea of your organization, it is time to start developing it. Step 1 is to
develop a plan (using Oprah’s templatePreview the document), which includes the vision, mission,
objectives, strategies, and action plan. From there, Step 2 is developing the background, which is all that
as well as the organizational structure, the hierarchy, and the functions of the organization. Oh, and of
course, where will the money to pay for this come from??
This does not have to be written in essay form. Due to the accelerated form of the class, I am happy with
an outline of some type or a mindmap… as long as each assignment is separate and each assignment
contains all the components found in the instructions and the rubric. Mechanics, such as spelling and
grammar, still matter. APA referencing of any resources used still matters.
