• Scope: A scope of work outlines the exact work a brand is hiring you to do. This is a legal document that ensures advertising agencies deliver what’s being
paid for, without being asked to over-deliver by clients.
• Billable time: If you chose to work in PR or advertising, chances are you will have to meticulously track your time every day. Because the work we do is being
billed back to clients, you’ll have to track exactly how much time you’re spending on tasks and what you were doing. That time then gets subtracted from the
project budget or billed back to the client.
