Thesis: Public schools in the U.S. struggles with many problems but funding is one of the main problems of today.
Body 1: Why is funding important to schools.

Body 3: Who decides which schools get how much of the funding
Body 4: What’s the percentage of the federal budget spent on education.
Body 5: Reducing something else in the federal budget to increase the percentage of money going to schools.
Body 6: Increase taxes at state level for more funds for education.
Body 7: Counterarguments- Increasing school funding does not improve education.
Body 8: Counterarguments- Increasing taxes does not help the education system.
