Instructions to complete CIPD Assessment Brief

Number of sources needed: 1-2 sources per Assessment Criteria (AC).
Instructions for Assessment:
Please follow the instructions in the Assessment Brief starting on page 5. In a nutshell there are two tasks:
• Task 1: Business Report Format with TOC (follow instructions on p.5)
o Word Count (WC) for this task is 3000 (at minimum I can have 2700 and max is 3300).
• Task 2: PPT Presentation Notes Only (12 slides)
o 1550 (WC) 1550 x .10= 155; Minimum WC=1395 and 1705 Maximum.
I have included references and bibliography, please feel free to add to them. In fact, you might have to.
Upload of items include:
• CIPD Assessment Brief – Please follow instructions in the assessment brief.
• Task 1: Business Report format with TOC. I have written much of the information for this task. However, the items highlighted in the brief you will need to add. Please read over the information in the brief for Task 1 to make sure all assessment criterion (ACs) is covered.
• Task 2: PPT Presentation with presentation notes. Need 1-2 slides per assessment criteria. I will have to export the PPT to Word. Please keep file size at 10 MB or under. I have completed this task
• Bibliography and references (Harvard Referencing).
